Right of Withdrawal and Return

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product. In the event of a canceled purchase, you should contact us to receive a return address. The product must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your own expense. A refund will be issued within 14 days from the date we have received and approved the return.

Complaints

If a product is defective or faulty, you have the right to file a complaint about the product within 3 years from the purchase date.

For complaints, you should contact us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and the order number. We will cover the return shipping cost for an approved complaint and will either replace the product with a new one or refund the purchase price.

Liability

Pajala Welders is not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the use of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
